Rob and Crystal Alley have been a part of the Redemption Point team since 2005, and Rob became full-time Communications Director and assistant to Music Pastor Jim Phillips in early 2009. Rob and Crystal met at Lee University, where Rob played guitar for Ladies of Lee, an all-female choir in which Crystal was featured. Rob is a producer and songwriter as well, and Crystal (also a songwriter) holds a degree in vocal performance from Lee University.
Rob attended East Ridge High School with Pastor Kevin Wallace, and has been involved with his ministry from that time until now. Crystal grew up in Caddo Mills, TX, and moved to Tennessee to attend Lee University. They have two boys, David and Daniel, and they live in East Ridge, TN.
